Did you use the link in the email or try to use Collin’s link above? Nonmembers who frequent freebie sites were getting them before members even received the emails about them so they started sending members unique links to ensure that those who were eligible for the offers had a shot at getting them.
Thank you Erin. I hadn’t yet received the email and tried using Collin’s link above. I’d missed out on the previous sample offer … By the time I got the email, it was all gone. Luckily I just got the email and the link worked perfectly. Thanks for letting us know.
Funny–it’s the opposite with me. Since they started sending unique links, I have no problem getting samples. My emails used to come fairly early in the morning and they’d be out of samples almost immediately if it was posted somewhere. Now my emails come later in the afternoon and I can still get them. I’ve actually even gotten some *hours* after the email arrived!
That must have been the problem then. I tried the link because I hadn’t gotten the e-mail yet (I still haven’t gotten it). I’ve been a member a long time, but sometimes I never get the e-mails with the free item link but I still get all the other newsletters they send out.

It won’t work if you use Collin’s link. You have to use the link in the email.

I bought the Tide and Cottonelle yesterday, Tide first of course. Got the Cottonelle pending this morning but not Tide, anyone?
Tide finally showed for me a couple days after the order (noticed their e-mail to me today says 12:09 a.m.). (Didn’t do Cottonelle because no stores close by came up.)
Well that stinks- my email came at 4:52 and when I signed up at 4:57 it said all the samples were gone. Why send the email out so late, anyway?
Ugh…I know the feeling. I just got mine now and it is almost 6 pm pac time. I have been checking for it all day. I use Yahoo email and I think they might be part of the problem. I have the newsletters white-listed but it doesn’t seem to help. I’ve tried several times to figure out how to change my email preference at BC site but couldnt figure how. I haven’t been able to request anything from them since April and for some reason it is always Cheerios.
