Aw man I just ran out of the stilla all day liquid eyeliner, but these reviews say this may not be as waterproof as stilla. May be worth a shot at that price tho!
It is not as good as stilla. It smears. If you touch it, it comes right off. Especially in humid weather or oily skin. Kat Von D liquid is awesome. Of course it is more pricey.

This eyeliner does not stay in humid conditions!! It smears very easily and wears off. I bought it a few months ago and it’s awful.
