This is just Benadryl, which can be purchased for much less in generic form at any dollar store. Long term use increases your risk of dementia, though, so it should be used sparingly.

For anyone who works for overnight , this definately help with the sleep. I don’t used a lot though. Typically approximately 5-10 ml, it helps to fall sleep quicker.
