This vacuum is not only lighter and easier to use than any I have used before but it is extremely quiet which is nice with a house full of cats who hate vacuum cleaners. It also has more power than the old 120V uprights I am used to. I just wish the dirt containment had more volume because it fills up fairly quickly. Hopefully this will slow down as the carpet gets cleaner I am already noticing a difference in color as the deeper ground in dirt gets pulled out. That has always been one of my real dislikes with carpeting it holds in dirt and you need a carpet cleaning machine to get it out.
