I’m confused on the return policy of these with Amazon. It says Free Returns but if you click on the return details it talks about a $3.99 per order fee and 99 cents per item. Can you please clarify if you had to return if these amounts are taken out of the refund when returning?

I own a few of these and love them. The size would depend on how you want it to fit. It’s pretty true to size. I own the medium to wear under blazers. Nice and tight. And I have a large to wear more of fitted tshirt style. I am busty (34DDD) and usually buy large in tops.

Hi Lindsey! While I recommend using the sizing chart as Jessica said, if it helps, I got a medium and I’m a bit taller than you (5″4) and weigh more than you, so I would think a small would fit nice. This medium wasn’t super tight on me.
