Question: at CVS, during the Buy-1-Get-1-Free, does the coupon policy state that we Can really use 2 manuf coupons?? example: $2 off when u buy 1 item
I have been told by cashiers that i could only use 1 coupon because technically i’m not paying for the second item so i cannot use 2 coupons.
so basically i only know to use one coupon.
I’m confused? thanks for any advice
That is exactly what I am told anytime I try to use 2 coupons on a BOGO item. They say you can only use 1 because 1 is free. They will let me use it if it is B1G1 1/2 off since technically you are still partially paying for one. I don’t argue with them because really it makes sense.
How odd! I would definitely print and bring their policy with you as it states the following:
https://hip2save-com-develop.go-vip.co/store-guides/cvs/
“Two coupons may be used on a Buy One, Get One Free promotion as long as it does not exceed the item total”
Thank You very much for the link, I printed out the store guide. You are a great help!
Here is what is on my printed out version that I checked again this morning. Does CVS/pharmacy allow more than 1 coupon to be used per transaction?
Hide Answer A. Yes. CVS/pharmacy allows ONE CVS/pharmacy and ONE third party manufacturer coupon per item. A transaction is defined as the entirety of purchases on a single receipt. ExtraBucks® Rewards coupons can be applied toward the final cost. Normal exclusions apply. See the bottom of the ExtraBucks® Rewards coupon for details.
Note: Coupons cannot be applied to a “free” item
The note part I believe is what the cashiers are referring to. It is all so confusing and hard to argue when things are worded and interpreted differently.
This coupon printed as $1 off 1. Not as good a deal.
I actually made a mistake and somehow printed the wrong coupon. Sorry for the confusion. I clearly need the coffee!
Oh glad you found it! 😀
This is great…my grandma who is the home will love this. Her fav coffee is the red Taster’s Choice. Thank you so much!
thank you! btw collin, the link is also to a $1/2 edy’s ice cream, and rite aid has them on sale 2/$7 ($2+up wyb 2), so 2/$4 after coupon, Not the best deal, still pretty good especially if you go through pints on ice cream like we do 😉
thank you collin! more coffee for me,,:)
I checked my CVS and these were 11.79 at my store 🙁
