FYI the Revlon Eye Shadows were ringing up for buy 1 get 1 50% off at my Indiana store.
The Revlon eye shadows are also BOGO50% in Illinois.
With the BOGO 50% off, the computer won’t let you use the second $2 off coupon because it’s worth is more than the price of the eye shadow. I’m starting to hate Walgreens!
I left without a sale. Maybe next week of the sale is done I’ll come back.
Laura, I agree. I have had sooooo many issues with Walgreens in the last several months, that I dread going in there sometimes. They nitpick on everything, managers don’t know policy for their own company & you need a degree to use their sales with their Balance Rewards/manufacturer coupons/register rewards. I go only because SOMETIMES certain items are a very good buy. I don’t want to get started on Walgreens.
I could write a book.
Thankfully, I have a Meijer near – so will use the august coupon plus the 2 $2 coupons there
Collin I have a question. Are the Revlon ColorStay Eye Shadow links a travel/trial size?
They seem to be very tiny and the other day my store would not take the $2 coupon. Thank you and hope somebody can answer my question.
No its full size. I don’t know why they would think that eyeshadow is not full size. Which store was it?
Thank you mich, it was Walgreens. I will print 2 coupons and will use them today knowingly that I am using them in the right product.
If they’re full size, it’s a tiny full size
Is it because you bought two? Its probably because the coupon value exceeds the price when it is bogo. Its best if you separate the transaction
I went to rite aid last week and got two new colorstay skinny liners for $8 each. With the BOGO1/2, 3 off 5 vv, 3 off colorstay fb coupon, and two 2 off, I paid about 2 +tax for two eyeliners. And it also counted toward the eye extravaganza too!
Ladies, just because the sale is buy 1 get one 1/2 off doesn’t mean you have to. You can purchase one @ 3.29-use $2/1 coupon and use the $1 coupon in the august coupon booklet. Do one shadow at a time. You can also use the personal/beauty care points booster, too.
Zan, that’s why I LOVE this site! When the ole’ brain isn’t working, others step in and help.
I didn’t realize they would ring up with the B1G1 50% and the computer took both $2 off coupons. Probably wouldn’t have done it if I didn’t have other items I was buying but it worked without me even realizing it until I looked at my receipt when I got home.
