Anyone want to educate me on these oils? I’m an essential oil skeptic that desperately wants them to work.
I have been using peppermint oil for years for headaches,and my brother says he doesnt use any pain killer for his headaches snymore,just peppermint oil.
I love essential oils and anytime something comes up,i look up to see what oil is good for that situation.

I also have anxiety and have found that lavender essential oil helps me feel calm and less stressed. I usually put a drop or two on my pillow or shirt sleeve and the scent kind of reminds me to take time to relax and breathe. Might be worth a try for you!

I ordered some of the “worry free pre-diluted roll on” since I’m not an essential oil user, I thought I’d try that first. Anyone have experience with this one?
I have not tried that roll on but I think the oil juniper berry is a natural anxiety relief oil. It’s supposed to “flush” your system of fears and worries and help with anxiety. It also cleanses the air when mixed with any citrus oil.
You can also use an inhaler. Put a couple of
drops in the inhaler and sniff as needed throughout the day.
I love the prediluted! Worry free roll on and go. I use the KidSafe Immune Boom on my kids and they’ve missed only one school day this year between the two of them for illness!
I forgot to mention i rub the oils to my temples and by my nose.
I also have a diffuser that i bought on amazon( innoo tech) that i fill up with water and few drops of oil.
