I’m taking greens from another brand. It’s gritty and grainy with a smell of plant. Simply imagine eating grass lol
If it’s the same with this brand, I guess this is how greens taste like. After all, it’s grains from leafy greens so don’t expect it to be Ovaltine.
I use this stuff and I’m nursing-it’s just greens. As far as taste-i make smoothies and throw it in. I don’t expect ice cream flavor.
