Unlike other pooper scoopers made of aluminum, or metal, this combination is made of heavy-duty plastic. Plastic bags fit over the bucket, and secure nicely, holding quite a lot as well. Much better than other products I have purchased in the past.
This product works exactly as expected. It replaced a similar item that we had for years before it finally broke. This one is built much better than the previous scooper we owned. I highly recommend it.

We have tried so many and this is the best one! I was a little concerned because it was plastic but it holds up nicely! Local grocery sacks hook to this so the bag stays in place and you never have to touch anything nasty! It is so easy to use!
