Tramontina makes a really nice pan. Not heavy and the new handles are wonderful. The handles stay cool so you don’t need a pot holder to take them off the burner. But they do get hot when the pan is used in the oven. They clean up really nice and no problem with de-glazing. My order arrived on time. One pan had a couple of knicks on the 3qt pan rim, but with the lifetime warranty from Tramontina, it is being replace no questions asked. Tramontina even pays for shipping. I just love the look of the pans. They heat up quickly.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
