   Every time I try to print from smartsource I get an error message. Any ideas?? I’m bummed I can’t print these coupons!

  I do to, either that the software wont install or that my printer isn’t connected, I have no idea how to fix it! I would love to find out though!!

  I do too. I have crap Windows Vista and everytime I try to install the plug-in I supposedly need, it fails in the last stages. 🙁 I’ve missed several great coupons.

  I have tried it on Internet Explorer 9 and google chrome on 3 different computers. Interestingly, my husband was able to print it at work using ie9. He’s going to look into it when he comes home.

   Ok, I solved my problem. We have child safety software installed, and while reading the troubleshooting for SmartSource read that some security software blocks part of the Java app. I removed the security filter, and it printed. yeah!!

   Blahhh…..I love this stuff, but it’s a SmartSource coupon and I can’t print them most of the time!!! I’ve tried everything, Foxfire, turning my security software off–nothing works. No wonder the offer is still around, if it was a bricks coupons, it would’ve been gone in a couple of hours.

   I am bummed that it is off the 20 oz. teas. I realized it after I printed it. I thought that it was off tea bags. Now, that would be a wonderful coupon! Oh well!
