Just so you all know, I get mine done regularly at my local Brow Bar and I LOVE it!! I am super sensitive so they use a cream based wax on my eyebrows and it is awesome, doesn’t make me break out, and they do a great job! I went there for my first time to get my brows done and the girl working was so encouraging and sweet, and she walked me through the entire process! They also have a lot of products they use on you depending on your skin type to minimize pain and redness. They use a cooling aloe gel on me along with a moisturizing cream that is awesome! :-). My location doesn’t require appointments but you can call and make them for faster service.
do they wax your brows right in the open or do you go into a private room?
My birthday is tomorrow…guess I know where I’m going to treat myself 🙂

They have the Benefit Brow Bar in Macy’s and Bloomingdales too. I’ve been to both in WA and CA. I love my brow gal named Sheena at the Southcenter Mall Macy’s in WA.

I doubt anyone will even see this, but do you know if they are still offering this? I got it done last year for my birthday and it was great..when I asked the cashier about this option, she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about..
Hi Nicole, I just looked at Benefits Cosmetics website and it says that Ulta does not participate in this offer, but other locations do. I also called Ulta just to make sure and they told me that they stopped the service March 16, 2013. It sucks because my birthday is today and I was looking forward to a free arch.

Be sure to contact the Ulta store near you because I am an arch expert for a Benefit Brow Bar in Tennessee and I we don’t offer the free birthday brows any longer. And the boutiques stopped offering it last December. Can’t speak for all brow bars but many of them have discontinued it:(
