I’m not having any luck with the ShopAtHome Wild Deals. I did the flip flop one from the Disney store and did not get the full amount back. I’m leary of using ShopAtHome. Anyone else having problems or is it just me?
I am nervous too. I have had to file almost all of my transactions lately, they were not posting automatically. Then, it took another week for them to post. I just started doing WILD deals though, so I am going to skip this one and see if the first two I did post.

I had an issue with the Disney flip flop deal. There is no record of me clicking on the link, so I will not receive cash back for my purchase. 🙁 I thought I had clicked on the link… Oh, well, better luck next time for me!

ShopAtHome is also a problem for me. I pulled up my account and someone elses name and address came up with some of my purchases on it. I thought it was a mistake, so I logged out and logged back in. My name came up, but my purchases did not. I sent an email a few days ago, but have heard nothing. It did not show up under my track back, as they gave someone else the money. I don’t even understand how this could happen, as it comes from my home computer…….
my account was credited $3.99 for the flip flops.
Trying to decide if this is worth it just getting the cash back b/c these are tagged .99 at my WM!
I think the $.99 ones are the 12 count at WM. These are 24 count, if that helps you decide. I went for it b/c I have an art crazed girl at home!

I have not had any luck with them giving my wild cash back either! I have had to write out a complaint EVERY time…and sometimes they won’t respond back So frustrating!!!

Glad I’m not the only having trouble with shopathome.com! I had to contact them on the disney deal also, still waiting to hear from them. I am prety upset with them and plan on canceling my account–after I get my $20!! Ebates is SO much easier to use!!

Ebates is much easier, but they usually have quite a bit less % on cash back. I can’t decide what to do, but I do not like S@H.

I didnt get my Entertainment book month of the deal – wild cash deal – done last year until now. The balance is always zero…..after this, I am not using shop at home even though it offers more than ebates. I love EBATES for their timely cheque

Sorry to hear everyone having issues. I love these WILD deals as Jessie said , it helps boost your total to get the $20 check. Personally I have very few issues. I sent the deal to Collin, hoping it would be a good deal for most of us with kids going back to school. I have only had to send an email a couple times regarding the cash back and Walmart is not one of them I have an issue getting the cash back from. Just remember to wait the 30 days and I also have been keeping the emails with the order info and writing it down in a basic notebook with the date and WILD deal price that should be cash back. I love shopathome because ebates and mrrebates do not offer WILD deals and shopathome always has the higher % back. Good luck everyone

I’ve had great success with Shop at home. There has been the occasional hiccup, but it has always been straightened out in a timely manner. I encourage everyone to keep track of it like you would a rebate, because in essence, that is what it is.

Dang — It always depends on the merchant’s cash back guidelines. Please note that Walmart does not pay cash back when purchasing or when redeeming a gift card.

I haven’t noticed any problems with my Wild Deals posting, they are listed in the “My Cash Back” section of my account. But, how come when I click on “My Wild Deals” it comes up blank and does not show any past or pending transactions?

WILD Deal vouchers were like a Groupon offering where you could purchase a product or service at a discounted price then redeem the voucher with the merchant. We no longer offer the WILD Deal vouchers, but some of the vouchers offered are still valid. Therefore, we still have this section available on our site. Your Daily Deal purchases will only post to your “Cash Back Rewards” section in your “My Cash Back.”
I need help with understanding how everything works with ahopathome.com, I signed up with them to purchase the proactive and I was to get $5 for signing up…it still hasn’t-I got my credit for downloading the app to my iPhone right away but still nothing for signing up with them???
