They will still send you a coupon but it will be for a value off instead of a ‘free’ one. I caught a glimpse of what I think they send instead and it said something about $1/3 but that is all I saw.

Read the fine print, if you live in CA, CO, LA, NV AND TN, you are not eligible for this free cup promotion. Instead, you will receive a $1.00 off 3 cups coupon. In LA, the local dairies have lobbied for all sorts of laws that make it hard for national brands to offer decent coupons or milk sale prices.

I received my FREE coupon yesterday 10/15/2012. Expiration date was 10/07/2012. Dah!!! I called them and they are sending a new one.
