Better Home and Garden website has a great easy recipe for caramel flan that even I can make. Always a hit at potluck (I quadruple the recipe). BTW when it says Half and Half, I just use milk, even skim one. Delicious!
I have never heard of Taco Cabana and there aren’t any in my state, but flan is my absolute favorite dessert!! I am totally jealous!
