Wowser! As I mentioned previously, Thred Up, a site that sells gently used clothing, is currently offering up a FREE $10 credit to anyone who signs up through a referral link. Mine is here if you’d like to use it! 🙂

After clicking on this link, then just click on the yellow banner at the top of their site (like the picture above) to sign up for an account and earn your credit. You should then be able to view your account and see that the $10 credit has been applied. Even sweeter, several of you left comments on the previous post about also being able to stack your $10 sign up credit with the promo code AUGUST20 to score an extra 20% off your order (valid for new users only)! Sweet 😀

AND, your FREE $10 credit CAN be used towards shipping, which starts at $6.95. This means that you can snag a FREE clothing item + FREE shipping… just find an item you like priced a little under $4. This should be super easy since there are a ton of clothing items in this price range. Sort low to high to find them quickly.

    I got my order the last time you posted this and the clothes are in really good shape. They miss labeled one of my items and gave me credit for that and I also had the option to return it if I needed to . I ordered a 5 and it was a 5 slim which is fine for my skinny boy. I really like this company!

        I received an email too. It basically stated that they’ve been slammed with orders but they’re fulfilling them as quickly as possible. I think they’re a pretty small company and this is a new business model (it used to be trading boxes of clothing based on member ratings) so I’m going to give them a break.

      I just received mine a few days ago. Took long but the items were in excellent condition and the packaging was nice. Overall very pleased. Maybe they are behind due to exposure from Hip2save.

    I haven’t received my order from last time yet either. Also, they keep sending me duplicate emails telling me my order is delayed due to high volumes. I finally got an email today saying my order shipped. I’m not too upset – I only paid $2.15 for a jumper/top set after my new member credit.

    I did this a couple of weeks ago for a shorts for my daughter and I have yet to receive anything. It was completely free so not the end of the world. has anyone else had this problem?

    I don’t trust this website at all (ThredUP). The clothes I shopped from last time has not come. The referral credit I earned has not been awarded. … I don’t trust it any more. Stay away from them.

    It looks like the policy has changed to not getting referral credit until the persons actual order ships. It didn’t used to be that way but if you referred someone and they bought something, you may still have a credit coming as soon as their order ships. I know they said shipping has been delayed lately.
