I got my order in. I got the backpack for $20 and my OOP was Zero. I had to call customer service tho cuz orders under $25 need to be called in for the code to work. They put it thru with no problems. Excellent customer service !!

I got it to work. I clicked refresh in the address box at the top of the Bad Gateway page. It took maybe two tries, then I got the code. I couldn’t copy the code from that popup, so I opened another window to go to piperlime,com, added items to my cart, a d manually entered my code. I paid $2 using an Old Navy gc 🙂

did you spend at least $25? I had the same issue, but then realized I only had a $20 item in the cart (which showed up as free), but I still needed to spend $5 more to get the order to go through. Once I put more in the cart the order went through.
