@CVS if you buy 2 @ $4.99 ea. – (2) $1.50/1 = 6.98 not $1.99. What am I missing?

The Right Guard Extreme Bodywash is also at Walgreens B1G1 free. I got 4 yesterday:
4 @ $4.99 each – B1G1 free sale
less 4 $1.50 off one coupons
= $3.98 total or $.99 each

I tried to get them at CVS however, my CVS has an extremely small stock of Right Guard bodywash and they did not even carry the “Extreme” variety of the bodywash…
