Costco sells the same size for $5.99. So, yes, there is some savings here although not much.
I will say that I prefer the quality of Shutterfly over Costco which makes the shutterfly deal even better for me.
I don’t like Costo’s prints either. Walmart in my area produces much better quality coloring than Costco.

I did the same thing, got a good deal on a frame at Joanne Fabrics if you have one in the area. They have 50% one regular item coupon. Got a nice 16×20 frame for $10.35. other craft stores might do the same thing also.

I just received my 16×20 from Shutterfly from the last freebie. Pretty good quality for the price. I was a little concerned that the picture came “rolled up” but I layed it flat with books on it and it looks great now. The quality is very good and it doesn’t look pixelated like some of my 4×6’s do. I did use a “professionally” taken photo so I was high quality.
