   I stopped by Michaels yesterday and they had all of their $1 toy bins half priced, I got some really great stocking stuffers, such as little bracelets and necklaces, crayons, pencils, little tin boxes all for .50 cents! All their christmas stuff was 70% off too.

  I asked the lady yesterday and she said they would only take the 20% joanne coupon. I wanted to use the $5 off $35 from Joanne’s but they wouldn’t take it.

   I misread the ad and ended up in the Christmas 70% off section where I got a basket that I really needed. All of their Christmas items are 70% off and they still had a lot to choose from last night at my store.

   If you have an Ikea near you they have similar easels for $10 this month if you have the Ikea family card. Its free to sign up and also gets you a free cup of coffee or tea every time you go.

  Excellent, thanks for posting this idea. My almost 2yo daughter would probably like an easel, and it’s not garage sale season in this weather, so for $10, we don’t have to wait for spring garage sales.

  The Ikea easel is awesome — we bought one 3 years ago and it’s still in great shape. I like how the paper roll is attached and comes through the bottom of the easel — much nicer than the more expensive Melissa and Doug one my mom got for her house, in my opinion.
  Whiteboard on one side, chalkboard on the other.
