Anyone know if this would work with US cellular?
It should, I’m gonna get it for my brother to use with his Verizon plan. It specifies in the product details that it has WiFi and cellular WiFi capabilities so as long as your carrier as plans for it, you should be good to go. I’ve seen some of the iPad 1’s in the past that were “WiFi only” but this particular iPad 2 appears to have both options.
On the Apple website it doesn’t list US Cellular as a carrier not sure what that means exactly but maybe check it out before you open it if you purchase.
You have to purchase the devise from US Cellular for it to work on a contract plan, currently the mini and the air are the only ones they sell.

i shop @ shopko all the time. used to work there when i was in high school. 🙂 i live the store…..much nicer than walmart.
this is a very good price, but the problem is that most likely Apple will stop supporting the Apple 2 pretty soon because the Air is out now. The app upgrades typically stop working after 3 generations 🙁 Just something to think about.
Interesting so how about the Ipad mini, I’m not sure which is older the mini or the Ipad 2.
The iPad 2 is the older of the two.

Retail store similar to target. I shop in store and online quite often and they are very good.
I used to work at a shopko for years when I was in high school (over a decade ago). Like Lisa says they are like a Target and a good retailer 🙂

You might want to check out the Daily Steals website and also click on the Heists and the Ice Monkey links at the top of the page for other iPad configurations. I’ve had good luck with this site, but shipping takes a long time, so just know that going in.
Thanks everyone for the feedback. Yes that is probably why the price was lowered. Yhe ipad air is a A7 processor which is much faster and has better graphics. I ordered one

FYI Ipad 2 is outdated. Apple does stop supporting old items from time to time.
