Where it mentions free shipping, click on “details.” It says free shipping when you sign up for their email.
I called about this and was told to they had a glitch in the system. The lady told me to send them an email and they will refund the money.

I have ordered comforter sets from them before and the quality is great. I recently ordered the Avenue 8 Stella 8 pc set https://www.designerliving.com/Product/comforters/avenue-8-stella-7-piece-comforter-set/27215 I got it for $30 and saw this same one at Bed Bath and Beyond for about $100 so glad I got it from Designer Living. I do like their bedding items and the prices.

I paid with Paypal and put the promo code in on the very last page on the lower left side of the screen; this was after I was redirected BACK to the store website (right before I placed the order). I paid 5.95 shipping but got 6.20 off with the code so it worked out. I got a great fleece blanket in Queen and a plush looking Red Mink/Ivory Sherpa blanket (size twin but I’ll use it for the foot of the bed) for $33!
I was just told by a representative on the phone that there is a glitch on their system, and to email info@designerliving.com with your order number to get your shipping fee refunded. Hope it works.

I tried like 100x today to get their stupid site to work. I finally got an order for the How To Train Your Dragon blanket to go through and I just logged on to check the status – it says CANCELLED!!! I even tried to reorder but now the coupon is saying invalid. What a miserable website. I emailed customer service but I don’t have much hope. Guess it wasn’t meant to be!
