It was ‘submitting’ for quite a while for me on internet explorer. I switched to chrome and it worked right away.
You have to let the video play before it will submit….at least that’s the way it seemed with mine.

finally figured this out . keeps submitting, scroll to bottom arrows on lower right side and will bring you to page that tells you if you have won.
