Calling all you Scentsy fans! Starting today through July 28th, Scentsy is hosting a Christmas in July Sale and offering up to 75% off off select Scentsy Fragrance Items including Christmas warmers, Layers sunscreen, and more!

    Shipping kills the deal.
    I like scentsy, but find that they are hard to get out of my warmer. When I put the plate in the freezer they do not pop out like other brands. I have no problem with Slatkin, Yankee or Better Homes and Gardens.

      I let the wax solidify & use a plastic knife to go around the edges, & it comes out beautifully.

      While wax is warm, liquid, place 2-3 cotton balls in and it soaks up, no mess!!

      Using other brands of wax actually voids the warranty on your warmer. If your scentsy wax isn’t coming out easily maybe try washing your dish with a little soap and water. If you turn your warmer on for 5 minutes or so you should be able to pop the wax right out. The suggestions above work well too. I recently was at a customers house and she told me to take her old wax out so she could put in a fresh cube, I could tell immediately it wasn’t scentsy wax and it was hard to get out.

      Contact a consultant in your area to see if they have a party order you can place your order into and avoid the shipping. The consultant can make the delivery in person for you. As far as wax removal, turn your warmer off. Wait about 5-10 minutes and peel the wax out. It will be about the same consistency as play dough. Easy!

      Hi Shannon!! I am a consultant myself and I find that if you dump the wax when it is warm into a small plastic container or cup and then use a paper towel to wipe out the dish is best. Once the wax hardens in the cup/container you can pop it right out and toss it or some people reuse it. Then add 2 cubes of your new favorite scent to your warmer. I hope this helps!! 🙂
