  Yes you can use iTunes money to purchase items at an Apple store

  From time to time you’ll see a sale at best buy or target. Also check apple.com they have refurbished iPods.

  I got a $20 video iPod at a garage sale! I’ve seen them on CL too. It’s super easy to wipe it to factory mode so you basically have a new iPod.
