No, it’s not just you, Kohls is notorious for this type of MSRP deception. In addition, there are a lot of documented instances of price hikes right before a sale or the release of codes. Just google “Kohls bad behavior”. That being said, I’m an avid Kohls shopper and just ordered this Minnie Mouse set for my toddler grandaughter who LOVES anything Minnie! $11.xx shipped is a good deal!
I just checked and this toy is a Fisher Price “Kohls Exclusive” hence the ridiculous MSRP. I had the same thing last Christmas when I bought a “Kohls Exclusive” Baby Alive doll. The MSRP was $69, only paid $35ish. Even the Minnie sets for sale on Amazon are marked “Kohls Exclusive”.

Yes, it is sold on Amazon by 3rd party for $28.50-32.50. Kohl’s is notorious for marking up the cost on so many things so when you buy them on sale it usually means buying them at the regular price that other store usually sell the item for. However, when they clearance items (especially toys) and then allow you to use coupons codes in addition it can make for some really sweet savings.
All that being said…Minnie Mouse stuff is always expensive. My dear sweet little niece loves Minnie and it’s breaking the bank. So glad to find this deal, will be stashing this one away for Christmas. Thanks Collin!

I was having the same trouble on my laptop. I did it on my home computer with no problem.
I just had to call and order over the phone. I tried from my desktop computer, my tablet, and my phone and got nothing on all three. Glad I was able to get one though 🙂
Just to let you know, I also tried it 3 times and it kept giving me an error about my address, so I called over the phone and placed the order. I have been informed by email this morning that I will be receiving 4 of them and I have been charged for all 4 of them, too.
EVERY TIME I go to check out it says “The Kohl’s Rewards ID you’ve entered is invalid. Please check the number on the back of your card and try again.” I have tried about 1000 different ways to get it to go through, and it just won’t.
