Went to my local store. Total waste of time. They only had cheap looking gloves for $1. The slippers in the ad were marked at $3.99. They didn’t have the size I needed so I didn’t haggle. Sale starts today but call ahead before going to the store.
Started today. Went to my store in Cali around noon. They had two bins of hats/mittens, one with boy’s stuff and the other with girls. Two more bins with headbands and mismatched hair clips. No scarves, socks or jewelry. Cheapest slippers $2.99, less than 5 in stock
Went about 20 min after they opened…2 women literally bags full…I overheard them using them to resell them at their yard sale.. even though there was a 5 peice limit..the cashier was their buddy…there were only 6 items left…uhg
I arrived at my store about 30mins after opening and they were picked clean! A lady in the store filled up 3 of their mesh shopping bags with all the $1 items. I wish they would have enforced a limit on something other than the gloves.

My husband went this morning and there was no limit. He got what we needed. I just wanted to share that and perhaps it might make you less upset with the children’s place. It’s tough to get to sales like this especially if you work on Fridays. Perhaps they could get a better system.
Wow I guess I really lucked out at my children’s place store in Gainesville, FL. They had a few sections of stuff hanging on the walls for $1 and had a nice selection of stuff and them when I was checking out I noticed more bins of $1 items!

Ok tried the code and apparently only works with a Children’s Place credit card…don’t have one..but did have an old 20% code from a thank you from previous order I placed so used that. Good luck.
Thanks Andrea! I found it after I posted this and of course the coat was available and let me put it in my cart and then when I tried to checkout all the sudden it wasn’t available 🙁
