I’m still waiting for my pack of wash clothes I ordered at the end of Oct. They were supposed to be ready Dec 2, but I’ve heard nothing so far.

I was waiting too, but then got an email saying my order had been canceled, it didn’t say it was the washcloths but I’m assuming it was. I also had to call and cancel a fleece blanket order I placed with them around the same time because I decided they were never coming. Sears is pretty horrible.

Same happened with me. I placed order in October and still processing. I contacted customer service and they said we don’t know about store pick up order. I contacted store and they said you have to contact customer service. Don’t buy.

Same here I ordered blankets that were on sale for around $5 in October , they said they were supposed to arrive on Dec 4 , but they never did. I just called last night and they refunded my money. Sears isn’t good at all .

Still waiting too, I look on my order history and it still says processing. I was supposed to get them earlier this month.
I ordered the washcloths back in October, too. I’ve called customer service several times and all they tell me is “I will escalate this to an inquiry. Someone will contact you within 48 hours.” No one ever gets back to me and I never get a straight answer. Very frustrating.

I contacted sears regarding my order from Oct and they processed a refund. Her response was “they were having technical difficulties”. I recommend getting a refund.
I’m still waiting too but what the associate at Sears to me was the washcloths was a 3rd party seller…or he was just blowing smoke to please me but I never got an email saying they were cancelled.
I went to pickup at Sears when I didn’t hear from them and they said il will be mailed when my order is ready to pick up.

I also ordered the blanket and washcloths in October. Yesterday, I used the on line chat feature and even though they made me wait a bit, they did tell me that both orders will be in by the end of January. That seems excessive, but they were not gifts, so I will wait it out.
I won $7.50 on the sweeps Monday and won $16 on Tuesday…..wasn’t sure what to do with them with the short expiration date.
Got a blanket and some wash rag sets.
They didn’t have the brown/beige tone ones left, but I did a search for Colormate 8-Pack Washcloths and another couple color combos showed up. Was able to get a couple of the beige/green/peach/brown combo sets. That’ll work with the bathroom decor.
Hopefully they follow thru with the January arrival date of the rag sets I ordered back in October.
My preferred color choice is what I ordered back then. Can never have too many rags…especially at $1.50 per 8-Pack.

I ordered 2 color mate throws Oct 20. And washcloths Oct 21. I Still haven’t received them. I’ve called Sears and NO help. Cancelled washcloths. Got email stating throws are due to be in store Jan 20. I’ve contacted BBB.

Our church is collecting things for a homeless shelter… I thought these blankets look like a great idea for that. Hope they’re as warm as some previous posters have found them to be. The website says they are available for pickup right away at my local sears store.

When I went to check, the queen size blanket was $9.99. But I had $8.01 is surprise points, so after tax it cost me $2.16 not too bad.
