I used to love grated parm, but all this news of wood pulp (cellulose) has me avoiding it now.

Same here. Grating mine from now on

I never did like the prepackaged stuff. Just tastes fake! I always get a block from the local grocer and grate myself.

I will NEVER buy this product again!!!
They shouldn’t even be allowed to sell it!

Me too!! So glad we as consumers are taking a stand! They downgrade the sizes while misrepresenting their product as 100% cheese and the price continues to rise! I buy this stuff as a hard cheese & grate it myself.

There’s not any agency that protects us so it’s our job to do so. Olive oil is the same way. UC Davis tested numerous name brands & only 3 tested to be premium olive oil. A class action lawsuit was launched against several brands for misrepresentation. Example: the label will read Imported from Italy but it only means the bottle is imported from Italy; the olives could be from California & their processing is subpar but the label reads ‘Premium’. Google Olive Oil class action or Olive Oil UC Davis. I learned about this several years ago reading an article in the Denver Post.
