Is this like a Fitbit?
Yes. This has more of the watch features, including time and date like digital watches. But it tracks step count, distance walked, and calories burned, as well. I bought mine 2 years ago and LOVE it! It makes me more aware of when I sit at my desk too long. There’s a red bar that comes up when you haven’t walked far enough in an hour.

For anyone wondering if a Vivofit is a good idea, I recently got one last week and I love it! It has a battery you only need to replace once a year without charging and it’s waterproof so feel free to shower, swim and bathe in it! The only cons I can think of is there is no backlight (which doesn’t bother me) and I have to take it off when I get ready in the morning since it tracks the movements as false steps! But other than that I am completely happy with it 🙂 And another neat feature is that it connects with MFP to record steps and tracks your sleep.

I’m looking to sell a Garmin HR strap if you’re interested. I got it in the closing sale from a local store, but it won’t work with my running watch (the employee at the store gave me the wrong information.) Went to Target Jersey City, NJ to find a cheap tracker because my Fitbit stopped working and found 2 Misfit Shine’s in the electronics clearance area, one Wine and the other Mint colored. They were tagged 34.98 which is a steal since online they are 99 but when I price checked them, they were 19.09! I went back to look for more but the black one was priced 34.98 and wasn’t cheaper at the price checker. For anyone looking for a tracker, perhaps check the clearance end aisles for a Misfit. It is really nice..
