If you are looking to purchase in store, you can print the $4 off Target coupon on the Target website and stack with $3 off manufacturer coupon on Brita website (by signing up for filter change reminders). The three packs are $14.99 in my local Targets, so 7.99 for me after stack.

You can also price match to targets site to get it for 13.99 so could have been $6.99 right?
They don’t allow you to use coupons on items price matched. At least my target doesn’t 🙁
