(Thanks, Cheri!)
I got this email, but haven’t done anything with it yet! 🙂
Glad you received one!
Ha. Yeah I bet they are giving big points away.
I cannot log into their site! It comes up all weird and just won’t work
Darn. Are you able to try in a different browser? Hope that helps!
No I’ve tried. I’ve emailed customer service and tried all their recommendations and nothing. 😔 I use my iPad but it really makes it a pain.
Bought some cookies last week but was too lazy to upload receipts. Will they qualify for bonus points if i upload it tomorrow?
Yep! You have 14 days to upload a receipt. 😉
They recently changed it so you have 30 days now!
Yes, was just thinking you have 30 days now!
I got it! Plan to do one or the other later. Hope it works
Any idea if we can qualify for both bonuses using one receipt?
I wonder if these are only going out to members who don’t collect points regularly. I upload receipts all the time so I guess I won’t be receiving this one. Awesome for those who do!
I stopped submitting my purchases for points when they converted to a copy of my grocery receipt to receive credit. It’s just too much work to black out items that are not Kellogg items or to purchase my Kellogg “only” items separately so that it’s the only items on my receipt. Just feels too much like “Big Brother” or Kellogg’s way of gathering data on what I purchase. Does anyone have an easier way of submitting your purchases for point credit? It was so much easier to just key in the codes.
That’s how I feel about all those ibotta/recipe hog/etc apps that make you upload receipts. Obviously they’re gonna look at what else you buy and how they can get you to buy their promoted product instead. But blacking out the other items is a really good idea if you want to do a deal or two.
Agree its too much time consuming to buy the exact items they ask you to and then upload/send receipts. I’ve sort of given up on these kind of apps and even swagbucks. Not worth all the time/hassle for some savings but each to own i guess.
I text in a pic of my receipt. I don’t black anything out or separate their products. They figure it out.
Yeah, I don’t black out anything either. Just take a pic of the entire receipt and submit. I get credit quickly.
One way or the other “big brother” knows your purchasing habits!! Unless you pay exclusively with cash and not using a store loyalty card. Sometimes I purchase Kelloggs items separately but most of the time I just upload the receipt as is. Blacking out stuff I cant use my receipt if an offer pops up for another rebate app.
Lol that’s true too.
You can fold the receipt, just have the store info, date etc and Kelloggs products showing.
I agree, I stopped with Kellogg’s points when they switched to receipts. It’s too much work lol. Plus I have a dinosaur phone that doesn’t take good pictures, Ibotta can never read them anyway. It’s not worth wasting my time trying to submit them to Kellogg’s.
I feel the same way. I’m not real thrilled with Dillons keeping track of my purchases, but I enjoy the mobile coupons and fuel points. I stopped using Kellogg’s codes when they switched. I don’t like them having all that extra info either.
Does any one have some tips for me I have been trying to up load my receipt for the Starbucks by 3 gift card deal. I have submitted it 4 times and every time they send back it is blurry. It doesn’t look blurry to me not sure what to do. It just won’t take. Any taking picture on your phone tips would help alot. Thank You.
I have done the deal two times. The first time the exact same thing happened to me, at least six or seven times and then they finally accepted it. I folded the receipt so you could see the store name at the top, the coffees, and the date at the bottom, but not some of the other items on it since I had purchased so much that a picture of the whole receipt with those required items was too hard to get a good picture of. Finally they accepted it. The next time I was smarter and only had five items on the receipt so it was easier to get a good picture, and it went right through. Good luck!
I received only the “upload” receipt part of this offer, which is noted as being because they see that previously I had trouble uploading a receipt. It also shows up under my customized bonus offers on my K.Fam.Rewards acct.:
Your Bonus Offers Earn 5,000 bonus points just for submitting your next receipt! It’s faster and easier than entering codes!
No luck today
When you upload a receipt mark a star beside your kelloggs products. This helps them locate those items faster.
I can’t ever find how to link my smiths/Kroger card, do they not accept this?
You are only able to link certain stores loyalty cards and Kroger (at least Fry’s, Kroger affiliate in Arizona) is not one of them.
I’ve never heard of the whole blacking out everything else thing. I’ve submitting receipts with 100+ items without an issue. Sometimes it takes a little longer for them to do it if the receipt is longer. I agree about it being a pain but snapping 2-3 pictures of the receipt and sending it vs. trying to write down every single code, is a lot easier for me once i got used to it! 🙂 I think it’s well worth it!!!
