   Just so you know those are all non-corporate markdowns (meaning the manager decided to clearance them out to make room) YMMV so you may want to call ahead before making a special trip!

  Try Craigslist.com or the phone apps: letgo or wallapop. I just sold my old mac on letgo. All three of these places are searchable for local deals.

  Make sure you buy certified refurbished so it falls under the same warranty as new macs. Best buy Has an outlet section, amazon has a warehouse section, you can also call apple directly and ask what cert ref. They have.

  I was a Manager at an Apple Store a few years back and their refurbished machines are actually quality controlled better than an unopened brand new computer. I purchased a couple when I was there and never had an ounce of trouble with them. Happy shopping!!

   I was in Walgreens the other day and found a great clearance deal ($1.04 for 20 count kids character bandaid brand bandaids). When I commented on it to the cashier, she told me that they are in the midst of one of their 2x/year store-wide clearance/cleanouts/reorgs. So she said there is a lot of good clearance right now.

    Yes, my shopping partner in crime, my mom and I, got some of these good deals last Saturday. I’m going to go back and pick up some more for my group, The Kentuckiana Natural Hair Community, coat drive this winter.
