I love this so I’ll be buying another one! the mesh stopper gets dirty but if you soak it in some hot water and vinegar or will be like new!

I got this item for Christmas. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use it because I can’t figure out how to. When I contacted Adagio, they said to use the picture on the box. Worthless information. They are supposed to e-mail me back – soon. Not sure what their definition of soon is, but haven’t heard from them yet. Since I’m really really unhappy with their customer support, I’d like to send it back but they won’t let me since I didn’t buy it from them. Totally frustrated.
