They didn’t send me a reset this time and lost 16,000 points. I was saving for a gift card too. *sigh* guess I won’t be buying that stuff anymore. 🙁

How do you enter these codes in and do the points expire?
you make an acct and you can set it up to add your phone number to text the codes, or you add them to the online acct. you can also link your store reward cards and any kellogg’s purchases will get you points. Otherwise you have to upload pictures (or text) your receipt of your purchase to get points. The points themselves don’t expire (unless they decide to terminate the program), but you do have to stay active. After 90 days of inactivity, they will deduct the points from your acct.

I am so pissed! All my rewards points are all gone. I have been saving those points for my daughter’s birthday. No email even to notify you of such action. I am so disappointed. This is making me rethink of buying Kelloggs products.
If you call customer service, they will usually give you your points back.
Like all point programs, you have to be active. I think as long as you just sign in within a 90-day period, you’ll be considered active. Also, they are supposed to email you a month out about the inactivity. Possible you overlooked the email or it went to your junk mail? If they didn’t send a reminder email, then be sure to contact CS. Like K posted, they will usually credit you back the points.
I lost my coke rewards once. I emailed them and they reinstated them. Hopefully KFR will too.
