How do you make the board at the top? Ive tried every pattern and they all go horizontal instead of vertical any tips??

Are you sure it’s an 8×8 wood print not an 8×8 PhotoBoard? The wood print is a 1/8″ thick wood print and it is under $40. The PhotoBoard is 3/4″ thick and costs more than $40.

You can use this code one time per order, as many times as you like 🙂
I’d like to suggest that maybe if you aren’t quite ready or don’t have your pictures together, etc. Buy a $50 gift card using the promo code and then you can always come back and make your project later. As long as you’re making something worth $40 the price basically stays the same.
It says Gift Cards cannot be applied toward shipping costs.

Suzy and Ashley, we actually just updated that page to reflect what you can and can’t do. The gift card does apply to shipping. So, you can use the code to buy a $50 gift card and come back and make your project later. The page had an old message on it, but it has been updated now.

Morgan, gift cards cannot be combines with Coupon codes. However, coupon codes can be applied when purchasing gift cards. For example, you can buy a $50 gift card right now for $10 and then use the $50 on any regularly priced item.

Christina, you are probably looking at the ornament version. All ornaments with ribbon or twine are $26. The PhotoBlock or PhotoCubes on the wood products page are $20 each. Thanks!

Created one photo block this morning; got home from church and started another. For some reason, my photos aren’t loading. I am using Chrome, and again, had no trouble earlier. The only difference is that I’m taking my photos from Dropbox. Could that possibly be the problem? ARGH!
Susan, this sounds like an odd problem. Is it giving you an error or just not uploading the photo? We haven’t heard about any other problems. Can you download the photo to your computer before trying to upload it? Please let me know if you continue to have problems. Thanks!
Ryan, Is there a good way to preview the items? I’ve created several Photoblocks but I was hoping to see them more as a block than just the two images allowed to upload. I suspect maybe that’s not an option but thought I’d check.
Melanie, we don’t really have a great preview system other than what you see in the design center. We are working on some better previews but they haven’t been released yet.
Did you also see the PhotoCube option? It allows you to put 6 images on a cube versus 2 and a pattern. That’s the difference between a PhotoCube and a PhotoBlock. A PhotoCube is 6 custom images. A PhotoBlock is 2 custom images and a pattern choice for the other 4 sides.
