why is every picture i try to use say it is to small
Dariela, in order to maintain a high print quality we require the images to meet a certain resolution depending on the size of the board. We don’t want the picture to pixelate or look blurry when printed if it ha to be blown up to fit on certain sizes. I have tried for days to make a photocube and it constantly freezes on me. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?

Has anyone received an order from September 6th? My account just says “printing success” and there’s no indication that anything else has happened… I’m pretty sure it’s said printing success for weeks now…

Can you reply with your order # and I will check on it. All orders are quality checked by hand and if there was any imperfection in wood grain and such we issue the order for reprint so you get the highest quality product. Printing on wood is a little different than paper every wood piece is a little different than the others. Your order may have not passed our internal quality check on first pass and we are reprinting it. We’re sorry for the delay but I would be happy to check on it. Thanks!
