I added both codes to my account and it said points had been added. But then I went into my profile to look at points activity – it shows that I added two codes but there are no point values by them like other previous codes. Is there a lag time? I don’t think this has ever happened.
Lately it takes a couple minutes for it to credit. Or log out then log back in.

I’ve noticed that a lot lately.
Same thing happened to me. The chat box said that it could take up to 60 minutes to be credited to your account.
I just double checked my account and the 50 points were added. Plus I noticed that said “How much will your spooky bonus be?” Underneath was a thing that said get details. I pushed that and got a bonus code for 800 points. Make sure you click for details I’d you see that!

When I logged in, I had a spooky treat pop-up window and it gave me an 800 point code!!! Made my day!
I got the same thing and a $1 off coupon. But when I put in the codes, they’re not adding up in my account. It didn’t give me any points. I went to contact them and it said it can take up to 60 mins for the code to be added.
I finally got the points added, but they were each 25 for a total of 50.
The same for me. 25 points each for a total of 50.
That’s what I got also-25 pts each for 50 total pts, not 100

I just did the Live Chat with a rep from Kellogg’s. She said they were having computer issues with the points showing up but they were aware of the problem and had technicians working on it. She said to check back later in the day.
