30 Days of Giving Back (Free Thanksgiving Acts of Kindness Printables)
Looking for a unique way to give back this Thanksgiving?
Since the month of November celebrates THANKS & GIVING, it may be a great time to consciously complete some random acts of kindness either on your own or with your family!
I’ve designed this fun list of FREE or inexpensive small things you can do to make a friend or stranger smile. After all, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to make a difference in someone’s day!
To use just print and frame the list, then use a dry erase marker to check off the acts of kindness as you complete them. Want to make up your own list of ideas? I’ve also made a blank printable list as well!
In addition, I’ve also made some cards you can print out and tape with your small acts of giving if desired!
My kids and I really like completing these small acts of giving together and I know you will too! It becomes addicting, and you’ll want to start spreading the LOVE everywhere!
Do you have any great random acts of kindness ideas to add? Let us know in the comments!
Such a wonderful idea. Thanks Lina!
Putting money into another person’s parking meter is against the law. You might want to reconsider doing that.
Oh no! Had no idea, thanks for pointing that out. Wouldn’t want anyone to get in trouble. π
This has been updated – thanks again
Just curious… Why?
You cant give CVS ECBs away either, they are card specific.
Oh no! Shoot we’re just really messing up these ideas – darn π Thanks for adding π
No problem! I sure wish we could share them!!!
Collin, it’s topics like this that keep me reading at Hip2Save every single day, and encouraging others to do the same! Thanks for the suggestions, and I look forward to reading other people’s responses.

thanks for sharing this tip
How fun!!! π
This is so perfect! I’m a huge Christmas fanatic. Not a food or football person and my family is so close that I see them often so I never really got the appeal of Thanksgiving. My oldest is 3 now though and I would like him to get something out of November that isn’t “We just spent this month thinking about Christmas….” I was thinking about doing this exact thing but couldn’t find any ideas! Thank you thank you thank you!
That’s so sweet! Thanks for reading π
THANK YOU, Lina!!!! Just what I needed for my kiddos. And you did all the ‘thinking work’ for me. βΊ
Sure Holly! Have fun π
I found this on Pinterest the other day and my family is planning on using little army men from the Dollar Tree.

Thanks! This is fun! Definitely doing this π
This is such a great idea! I love the longer list, but my kids are little and it’s hard to do things with a toddler. This is perfect for them! There is a playground right near us by a low income housing development, this will be perfect!
My daughter has been asking for donations from friends and family so that she can make blessings bags for a shelter in our area.
Love it! My kids like making them also π
I love this! Great list. Thank you!
Thanks Cristen!
Thanks for the ideas! Last year I used a list like this for our advent calendar. It was a mix of family fun and random acts of kindness. My kids loved it and really got into it. It was sweet and a lot of fun.
How great! It is SO SWEET how kids get into it! I love the idea as an advent calendar – Thanks Yolie
Cute! However, I took my elderly neighbor’s trash and recycling to the curb once only to find that he had porch pick up, and he fell trying to pick them up from the curb π I felt so bad.
Hey we all have those moments. Your heart was in the right place! *thumbs up*
Thanks Luz! I need that…it’s been a crazy day.
Don’t have time to read them all just now but I love it!!
Thanks Stormy!!
