Sears is the worst! I ordered a cuisinart toaster oven and they never shipped it. It’s still (weeks later) somewhere in their warehouse, they are still trying to locate it. They refused to refund my money so I had to file a dispute with my bank. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
Yep, this happened to me too! (About 5 years ago—–showing that their poor business practices haven’t changed.) An order was in limbo, not able to be shipped but too far along in the process to be cancelled. I had to do a cc dispute. I’ve never shopped there since. No sense making my cc company mad with multiple chargebacks at the same store.
Same thing happened to me in April. Finally last month I filed with the BBB and they worked it out with me within a week or so. Big pain though!

The last time I did one of these deals I never got the points! 🙁 Then when I called and told them they said the points were a mistake and if they’d awarded me them it would be like I got the product free! Ugh that’s the point people!! 🙁
Always take a screen shot of the points you are suppose to be rewarded. That way you can prove it. It has worked for me in the past.
I do this too Nancy. I’ve never had a problem once I could prove the points earned to SYW with screenshots of my purchase. I love the program!

I online chatted with them, they said website is down and to try back in 2 hours. Well then the doorbusters are going to be over. All they said was sorry for the inconvenience .

Can someone please f they Dutch oven is suppose to be 29.99 or is it to be 19.99? For me it is showing 29.99 and it seems like a decent price but maybe not and of course 19.99 would be so much cheaper
I think the 19.99 is a mistake on this website. Earlier posts on here show it 29.99 with 100% back in points. $29.99 is a good buy if you want/need one I saw them in store they are nice – enamel coated cast iron. Would also make a terrific gift.

Take screenshots of the purchase pages for proof, then I’ve never had an issue if I have to call as points did not arrive. Love this program.

Just my opinion, $29 is a great deal anyways then add the points earned to the deal and it’s a no brainer. Great deal! Happy shopping!
