   I’ve been wanting to switch to stainless steel but have no clue how to tell if a set is good. Any thoughts on this one?

  Ho u want to look for the separate base like this one has also bolted not screwed handles and lids. You can’t really go wrong with any Calphalon stainless sell. I have a set that I love. I know that people are scared to use stainless instead of nonstick but you just need more butter or oil and less heat. I like only low or medium heat and if anything is sticking add more butter or oil!

   Me too Chelsea. I saw a deal they posted a few days ago at Macy’s too. Just not sure what’s a good but when it comes to stainless Steel

   I can’t comment on this set, but we registered for Caphalon stainless steel when we married almost 14 years ago. It’s still going strong! I’d purchase it all over again. It looks like they’ve improved the handles where it won’t get as hot as mine. Hope this helps in your decision.
