You’ve probably already let us know, and I just wasn’t paying attention, but when I went to enter the code, I noticed a message at the bottom of the page:
“Last call for on-pack codes! Have you checked your cupboard or pantry lately? Please enter all codes from any packages you have by 1/31/17. After this date, on-pack codes will no longer be accepted.”
You can enter 20 codes per day.
I have spent 10 minutes trying to put the code in and it won’t take me anywhere on the site to do so not give a contact number to call. Very frustrating. I am on an iPad but just last night uploaded a receipt on it so I have no idea what the issue is. This has happened before.
For some reason, it won’t let me copy/paste the code to enter. But when I typed it in, I was able to get the points.
Thanks for the advice, Mel. Same thing happened to me, but it accepted the code when I typed it in.
Just an FYI: I figured out if you copy and paste and then delete the last letter and re-type it the submit button works.

I have a December birthday and received 100 bonus points. Just a heads up, since I either wasn’t aware they did this or forgot about it, until I checked my emails.
I always text my codes because it’s so much easier but it gave me a reply saying it doesn’t recognize my phone number?? Has that happened to anyone?
YES and I’m freaking out. I logged in to check my acct & all my details are correct. I added the code since I was logged in but I hated that I wasn’t able to text.

Does anybody know if Kelloggs ever has reward specials where they lower the points for certain rewards, like mycokerewards does?
