Don’t order from Shutterfly if you want timely shipping. I just received today my Shutterfly Christmas cards that I ordered on December 10. A full 30 days later.
Normally they are not that slow I would talk to them if you paid for them
I never order in December due to too many orders trying to be processed. Other than that month, I am pleased with their quality and timely delivery.

I just ordered a deck of cards for my Mom’s 91st birthday and they did a nice job. BUT-they came in a nice plastic case, which I could not open! Had my husband try it, same result. I “chatted” with a Shutterfly rep, who was very polite & ended up telling me to “keep trying”. My husband finally got the case open by prying little by little around & around. He then filed off the 4 corners, which was where it was hanging up. I wondered if this was a fluke or how they always are. Glad I didn’t send directly to my Mom, she would have never gotten them open!
I’d say a fluke. I’ve ordered at least 6 sets of these since fall and never had an issue getting the case open, and my kids can open them easily also.
