I agree the whack a pack balloon pop out valentines are so neat! I bought one package to try out and i hit it and an adorable tiny Mylar balloon popped out of it ! So I had to go back & get enough for my sons kindergarten class!
They always have these for Valentines..
I found light up rings, heart bead necklaces, paper doilies, 4 pks of heart putty, and plastic heart jewel stickers as well. I would like to go back, as they may have new stuff.

I am throwing my three-year-old a construction themed birthday party and I scored so much stuff at dollar tree. I bought tool boxes to put all the kids goodies in and they had also had CAT Excavators and dump trucks. Now I have to go to Home Depot to buy aprons .77 cents and pencils .18. Been on the hunt for chocolate tools or anything with i dig you . Any anyone seen chocolate tools?
Target had some chocolate tools but they weren’t super cheap…very cute though! They are in the Valentine section. Your party sounds so cute😀

My dillons (Kroger) had the most adorable heart shaped mini pillows for $1. My daughter uses them as pillows for her dolls!

I bought Star Wars Valentine’s and some very cute kids Valentine’s with pins/buttons on them!! The. I came home and found the stash I bought last year after Valentine’s in clearance! Now my kids have lots to choose from, haha!
