   Can the catalina be used anywhere or only at rite aid? Thanks

  Kamaya, because the Catalina pictured says Manufacturer coupon, has double bar codes and an address where the store mails it, in theory you should be able to use it anywhere. But since it says “redeemable at Rite Aid” and it’s $4.00 many other stores will likely balk at accepting it. In the past when I’ve had a coupon that says “redeemable at (store other than the one I’m shopping at)” but said mfr coupon, had the double barcode and mailing address, once I explained all this to the cashier they accepted it. Many stores are so strict on their coupon acceptance policy. They sometimes even go against their own policy. If you’ve been following Hip2Save for awhile you have likely read comments where people express their frustration, and rightly so, at the inconsistencies of stores accepting legit coupons. This Catalina should be accepted at most stores but YMMV – your mileage may vary. Good luck and please let us know if you’re successful. Happy shopping.

  Glad to help. Also note it looks like it’s only good for 2 weeks – the pic shows an expiration of 3/28/17 so I assume the deal was done today. It’d be a shame to get the $4 Catalina and then have it expire before you get a chance to use it. Been there, done that… Maybe there is something else at Rite Aid you can get right away after you get the Catalina so you don’t have to worry about coming back.
