From what im aware of a few weeks ago Jansports parent company VF sold the jansport line to another company and will only be in production a few more months.
I believe the quality is well made but am thinking the lifetime guarantee wont be in effect anymore with the sale :/
I cant be positive but i do know several people that work there and said it was a nationwide sale of the line. Not just our local manufactoring plant. Which stinks i love jansport products and its costing about 500 people jobs just at our local plant
