Is there a policy that Targets stopped accepting printable coupons? The store manager told me tgat started doing it a month ago. I asked if it was a corporate policy and he omitted his answer. I called corporate and was told it was managers disgression. I am still confused. I used coupons ftom coupons .com but they all scanned as invalid.
Bummer! Sorry to hear that! It does seem that some stores vary as to how they accept coupons.
