I have both the Ozark and Yeti, quite honestly the Ozark holds ice longer!
I’ve seen several videos showing the same thing.
Awesome to hear that! Thanks for the feedback Samantha!
Love my ozark! And Sam’s sells some that are just a great!
Sweet! Thanks for sharing!
The 20 oz tumbler in stainless is also $6.74.
Cool! Thanks for the heads up!
OT but I would like this to go to someone who can use it. It’s $40/$100 at under armor and free shipping. The code is: FNLJGRQRTLET enjoy!
Already used. But thank you for sharing 😉
This brand is just as good, if not better than Yeti! Love mine!!!
Super glad to hear how much you like yours Denise! Thanks for the great review!
I have Ozark Trail 30oz, and 20oz. I use the larger one for cold drinks and for my morning breakfast shakes. The 20 oz is my go to for hot tea, drinking water, and iced tea at home. Love these!
Good to know they useful for many different drinks! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Does anyone know how the can coolers compare
to the yeti colsters? Thanks in advance 😉
Would love to know about can ones too!
We love the can coolers. They seal
So tightly, it took a few uses to “break them in”. Meaning the lid would almost not screw on straight the first few times until the black seal stretched a bit. They fit perfectly now and keep the cans super cold!
Thank You, Becca! We were planning on getting my father in law a Yeti but might go with the Ozark trail.
Geeze, I should have waited to buy these. Last year was rush deal at $9.98 or whatever. I need to learn not to get caught up in the buying frenzy.
I have a yeti and do NOT like it…doesn’t hold cold drinks like they say…wish I could take it back
Call their customer service
Definitely call Yeti! Their products are top notch (just as Ozark Trail, RTic, and many more are). My Yeti holds ice for 24 hours.
Their customer service is amazing, wonderful warranty. Def call.
I use my Ozark trail tumbler everyday. I love it
Glad to hear it!
love these the kids use the smaller ones each with different color and hubby and I use the large ones. Great for town or outside days
Great idea, thanks for sharing! I will do the same for my kids and myself for this way too hot of a summer so far.
Do you like the lids? We find Tervis lids poorly designed, we drill another hole in lid. Are these easy to drink from, without clogging then gushing?
Lids are fine to drink from, but aren’t spill proof. Just ordered a slide close lid and handle that I prefer.
Where did you order it? Thanks
I ordered mine from Amazon. 😊
My hubby using the 30oz daily for coffee and LOVES it! Great deal 😉
How cool! Thanks for sharing!
I have the can koozies! They’re amazing! 🙌🏼 They keep drinks cold on hot days and it’s nice to also avoid your cans/bottles from sweating 😅
Do they fit on bottles nicely?
yes, the black part comes off then goes back on after sliding bottle in to create a seal
Do these hold smoothies well? I am looking for something that will keep my smoothies cool while I’m at the gym.
The metal bottles similar to Swell are great for that. I leave my shake in the car while I am at work to drink when I go to gym at lunch time, and it is still icy cold. The car is super hot and it doesn’t affect the bottle.
Thanks! I’ll give that a try
Great for gifts too!
Never had a Yeti but I bought an Ozark 30 ounce cup based on the reviews on H2S. Love it! Keeps drinks cold for about 24 hours just using the lid it came with. Can’t imagine what it would do with a spill proof lid. I’ve been telling everyone about it. It really is awesome.
These are so much better than Yeti! I’ve tried them both and they outdo Yeti in my opinion. My husband agrees!
I use the Ozark daily. I’ve had hot tea after 10 hrs of work and Ive water stay cold from at least morning til late night. I usually refresh my drink before I notice any temperature change. I take a 30 oz with me for Ice Cold water throughout the day and I take a 20 oz with either Hot tea or Hot Coffee. I rarely finish the hot drink but when I dump the remainder at the end of the day it’s barely lost any temperature.
The Yeti is great, it just wasn’t this great, for me. I used the regular lid and I put one of their straws in the cool tumbler.
On a side note, I had my wisdom teeth removed about a month ago and I blended all my foods to a smoothie texture because my jaw locked up for a couple of weeks after and I could barely put a spoon in my mouth with food in it. I used the Ozark to take my food into work. It was great having hot soup on demand with my barely able to stop schedule and my smoothies were still amazing. I also took a milkshake in one day that kept it’s texture for the hour drive and the hour and a half I casually consumed it. I also did spaghetti “smoothie” that I made before work that was good to go at lunch. AND! when I have forgotten to place an icepack in the freezer for my lunch bag, I have placed some ice in the ozark and placed my yogurt cup and my salad dressing or veggie dip cups in it.
Look out for 30oz Aladdin stainless steel tumblers on clearance at Walmart. They were $5! A whole wall, several colors and designs. I got a beautiful magenta color. The lids had the slide top but still leak. But it was a very hot day here today, I left my ice water in the car for about 3 hours. Came back, still had all the ice!
I bought the Ozark cup, a few days ago, and love it. I used it, the first night, and left the remaining ice inside, after finishing off the soft drink. It still held most of the ice, over 14 hours later. Great to have around, because the summer heat, in Louisiana, is no joke. I would suggest, if you can’t find the stainless steel variety, on the shelf, you order it for same day pickup. My local store didn’t even have shelf space, for the stainless steel. But, it was available for same day pickup.
