I LOVE my foam mattress! I will never again go back to a box spring+mattress setup. I didn’t get my 8″-thick foam mattress from Amazon (I got mine from Sam’s Club), but the quality and comfort of a foam mattress like this one is fantastic, not to mention ease of setup!
My husband and I had been sleeping on a saggy old mattress for years. I came across this one and thought I’d give it a shot – it couldn’t be worse than what we were already sleeping on! Even better, it arrived within 2 days. We LOVE it. Soft enough to be comfortable, yet firm enough to give support. We’ve been using it for a month now and so far so good. I was concerned about a foam mattress being too hot, but it’s been 100 this week in California and we’ve been just fine.

Thanks so much for posting this! I am a college student that has been planning to buy a Zinus mattress from Amazon for my apartment. So glad I waited and saw your post! I’ve been looking for weeks now and had never seen such low prices. For other people looking to buy mattresses, the Full and Queen sizes are on sale as well. Just call or do a chat with them and they refund you the difference.
You can call and they will adjust the price.
Who should you call? Amazon customer service? Or the Zinus company? I bought it a month ago, wonder if I can get the money back
Contact amazon through live chat and ask to be refunded for the price difference. They usually honor it you bought it within a certain number of days, I can’t recall the exact number.

I bought the twin size just a week ago. Tonight has been my second night sleeping on it and I LOVE it! I didn’t experience any kind of odors with mine except for when I first opened it up, but those dissipated pretty quickly! (But I am also using a mattress protector)
I definitely recommend it if you’re on the fence about it!

I have this and haven’t ever noticed an odor except when opening it and that smell went away fast. My only complaint is, i need knee replacements and for some reason this bed kills my knees.

I bought this mattress and it was way to firm for me fyi if you like a soft mattress this isn’t it. Also, I think it’s too risky to buy a mattress online unless you’ve actually tested it in person. Most likely this item is non-returnable once you open it. Test it out at a store first.
